Megan Thee Stallion

The biggest challenge in marketing is to educate to potential consumers about a product that is first to market.  Enter Thee Hottieverse: Megan Thee Stallion VR Concert was one such campaign. It was the first ever VR Concert Theater Tour

Challenge

It was unlike any marketing campaign. Eventhough the ultimate goal was to sell tickets to the show. The key problem was:
1. Identifying where Megan's fandom was stronger
2. Identify how far people will be willing to travel for a VR Concert
3. Explaining what a "VR Concert" is

Results

Sold out all shows on the first leg of the tour, and after looking at the success of the first tour, ran a second leg (in different cities) which too sold out.

Campaign

The key was to show fans what it would be like, if we broke the barrier of tier-ed seats and if everyone could get a front-row seat experience without having to miss out on the communal experience.  We showed fans that this was only possible in a VR Theater Tour
