T-Pain

T-Pain's virtual reality concert took place in a space-themed environment. The event featured two components: a VR-only performance and a conversation during the show where Space T-Pain meets Earth T-Pain. The VR-exclusive song was performed as if Space T-Pain was singing it in his own galaxy.

Challenge

How do we differentiate the VR show so that T-Pain's fans engage with the content outside of VR? Technologically this was the first time we explored a mixed reality concert experience and from a marketing standpoint, we wanted to create dialog around this Mixed reality show

Result

Got 10K views from T-Pains's reaction video to seeing himself unclose in VR. Similarly got 10K views on Fan reaction videos of people watching T-Pain performing in Mixed Reality right in front of them.

Campaign

We captured reaction videos of fans watching T-Pain's performance right in front of them. This was the time when Mark Zuckerberg was admitted in the hospital for his leg injury, We noticed he had a Quest 3 headset right by his bed side, so we decided to make a love actually parody video with a Mixed Reality T-Pain performance righ
